• Overseeing the assigned projects including timely production of design information.
• Liaising with the project design and internal project teams.

• Managing the external design by both project design, interface contractors and others.

• Managing the drawing and specification production based on scope of works.
• Working to agreed design programme and deadlines.
• Handling the design coordination in ACS/jump formwork construction system for high rise residential project.
• Undertaking design rationalisation which include value engineering and installation efficiency.
• Performing a formal drawing check for main drawings prior to distribution.
• Seeking design approval from client prior to critical design staged - procurement of material and installation.
• Providing a clear and defined design drawings and information which include filing and sourcing of same - server file and issue sheet.
• Registering and uploading of current design information. Tracking of drawing revisions and notification.
• Managing the technical design.
• Attending weekly design team meetings and other meetings where required.
• Working on Area statements and preparing the feasibility of the project.
• Study of the design feasibility with respect to the business model.
