Content- Build content around the things we love, mostly open source projects, to help more people access, use and unlock value more seamlessly.
Community- Build a vibrant ecosystem of users, contributors and leaders that drive project, growth well into sustainability.



How we do it

1)Transparency/ Trust: We are an open organisation that encourages absolute transparency amongst internal and external interactions, we aim to democratize access to information and avoid siloed thinking.
2)Ownership : Own it and deliver it. Once you trust someone with a task, be with him/her until they have.
3)Communication: We have always been deliberate about how we share. Our communication norms in places like our company all-hands, Q&As, wikis, emails, and internal messaging. We treat people with respect independent of their status and disagreement with you
