Currently working with 'Paramount League' as an Assistant Manager- HR, from Sep, 2016. Handling branch Operations from the Head Office in Mukherjee Nagar. Responsible for all the employee engagement, grievances, recruitment, salary issue, performance tracking, appraisal management of 14 branches in Delhi/NCR with their respective sub-branches(centers) and more than 20 branches/sub branches(centers) out of Delhi in different cities via personal visits, mails and phone calls.
